Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email):

Withdraw Electronically

You can also declare your withdrawal directly through our online withdrawal function, available as Cancel contract in the footer of every page. It takes only a moment and requires no account. You will receive confirmation of receipt, including the exact date and time, by email.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), less a flat fee of €4.90 to cover return shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed about your decision.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired.

Cost of Returns

A flat fee of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of returning the goods.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
