TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Monoretro online store.

The offer is directed exclusively to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

An automatic order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is only concluded once we explicitly accept the order or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is confirmed.

Accepted payment methods include:

- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal

Payment is charged at the time of purchase.

All transactions are processed via secure and certified payment providers. We do not store any payment details.

Depending on your location or payment provider, currency conversion fees or additional charges may apply.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.

If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and issue a full refund.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Detailed information on the right of withdrawal is provided in a separate Withdrawal Policy.

8. Returns

Returned items must be:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition

Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the item delivered is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
